Softly Stunning

This wedding is such a great example of how to achieve everything you want and how to fit within who you are as a couple. The wedding took place on a Wednesday in Yosemite National Park at The Ahwahnee Hotel . They had a total of 48 guests which was a perfect amount to create a warm and intimate ceremony and a nice a full Mural Room. Her floral choices were all colorless with using all white florals and various rich greens....fresh mints, mertle, passion vine, gardenia foliage and lemon leaves. The ceremony framing was created using just birch logs and lemon leaf garlands as well as the garland swags along the back row. Her bouquet was just a petite size bouquet utilizing all white ranunculus and gardenia foliage finished off with material from her dress. She found her glass candelabras at Crate and Barrel and pulled in some beautiful custom linens from Classic Party Rentals , Aurora Vanilla to show off the gorgeous texture and we accented each setting with a couple sprigs of mertle. Loved all of these simple elements to make this such a beautiful event! Kimi Blog 1 Kimi Blog 2 Kimi Blog 3 Kimi Blog 4 Kimi Blog 5 Kimi Blog 6 Kimi Blog 7 Kimi Blog 8 Kimi Blog 9

Nery and Joe - Wedding and Beyond

We first got to see Nery and Joe's Engagement Session last spring which was already a year after the wedding! I tip my hat to bloggers and loyal website updaters around the world. Between being a mother of 3, having a wedding floral business and photography on the side, I've also began getting back in to some exercising with regular trips to the gym and a couple nights a week playing some slow pitch softball. There is rarely enough time to squeeze in my silly reality TV Shows. I get overwhelmed with which event to post first, which I'm working on submitting, working out where to apply my focus of entries, etc, so it isn't getting the attention that it deserves. On the flip side, as time has passed, life goes on and new changes take place! Nery and Joe were married in May of 2010 at The Double T in Livingston. Coolest old cowboy town in this wild west! Here are a few images from this fun day along with the exciting next step in their lives.....baby time! They are due this fall with their first baby and are going to wait and see what they have! Pale Elegance - Peach, Pewter, Blush and Lace

Anytime I hear these colors and textures used as describing words for ones wedding, I'm hooked! Jeanette was all about these elements for her July wedding to give a fresh summer elegance for her big day. We finished her bouquet with an ivory lace, mixed up various style centerpieces to complete and fill the room, and the champagne linens help showcase the florals. Flowers used are Juliet Garden Roses, Dusty Miller, Ranunculus, Asitlbe, Cafe Au Lait Dahlias, Cream Hydrangeas and Vendella Roses. Beth and Kevin's Yosemite Wedding

Beth and Kevin had hands down one of the most simply stunning Yosemite weddings I have ever been a part of. Beth had such a clear vision on her style she wanted to showcase at her wedding from the first phone call. This wedding was featured on a favorite blog of mine, Green Wedding Shoes and these unbelievable shots were taken by the amazing, Tinywater Photography. Flowers used in these designs are Succulents, Thistle, Billy Balls, Dahlias, Ranunculus, Scabiosa Pods, Coffee Berries, Juliet Garden Roses accents with Dusty Miller. Her bouquet was finished off with an ivory vintage lace.
